What is Lucid Dreaming?

Hi everyone! My name is Jeremy Ramos.
Lucid dreaming is the ability to become aware that you are awake while you are still within your dream. It is an experience like no other. The ability to have a lucid dream can be taught. It comes naturally to some people while others have to work at it. It is the question people usually ask: How to lucid dream tonight?

Lucid dreams are a fantastic experience and you get an adrenaline rush when first experiencing them, which will easily wake you. If you just stick with it and keep trying you will start to feel more relaxed as you enter the lucid dream (as you get used to the feeling) and then you will be OK. Just try to relax and not get overexcited. Easier to said than done. This isn’t new-age nonsense, either. It’s been tested in the strictest of lab settings.

My First Lucid Dreaming

I’m fascinated in lucid dreaming. I’ve been doing it since I was a child and long before I even knew the term “lucid dreaming”. But I found that I had my most lucid dreams in my teenage years and I’ve struggled to get back to that point. I believe I'm getting closer to having another lucid dream (haven't had one in over 4 years). I have been reading "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" every night before I go to bed. I took the past two nights off of reading since I think I was trying too hard. The night before last I don’t remember my dreams throughout the night but as soon as I woke up my first thought was "I did it!" (Though I didn't or at least don't remember) which was followed immediately by a thought about Bob Dylan. I don't know, weird. Maybe he was in my dream.

The benefits of lucid dreaming are far-reaching. You can take on a new life in lucid dreams, free of all your fears and inhibitions, confident that you can do absolutely anything. This has a real positive impact on your waking life. Also conscious dreaming is a fascinating experience. So I try very very hard to have lucid dreaming again.

I do my research read book and read all article on internet and than I found it. This site is Lucid Dreaming Made Easy, that site has many positive reviews also have a lot of good testimonials. Then I see they also give lucid dreaming music, Lucid Dreaming for Healing, Uncover the Secrets to Manifest Dreams and many more. Hmm very interesting, but I still not make decision yet, I keep scroll then I finally found it the price and money back guarantee, yess that what I looking for LOL. The price relatively cheap so I bought it :)

The techniques explained in "Lucid Dreaming Made Easy" are more detailed than anything I have ever read on the subject, which will help anyone to achieve lucid dreams – even if you never had one before.

And then finally I HAD A LUCID DREAM!! It just from taking a nap. I am so happy that I finally managed to do so!

I’ve since used lucid dreaming to:
- Accelerate skill acquisition
- Improve Creativity
- Improve Problem Solving Skills
It kind of embarrassing but with lucid dreaming I can creatively and safely engage in sexual fantasies :p

But there is many other benefits like:
- Experience Different Realities, Travel to Other Dimensions & Live the Perfect Life?
- Face your Fears and Overcome Your Phobias Easily?
- Cultivate Zen-like present-state awareness and decrease needless stress and many more

This is the best system available on the market to induce lucid dreaming. This system helped me achieve my goal where many others have failed. From personal experience, I found out that most books on lucid dreaming are only hype. Lucid Dreaming Made Easy is the opposite. So if you want to know "How to lucid dream tonight" I sure this product will help you

Anyway, I hope you’ve found this information useful whatever your situation because if I had known about Lucid Dreaming Made Easy a few months back, I would have change my confidence, my relationship, my sex life, and my life long time ago without wasting my time and money with all other things. I wish you every success :)

you can practice new skills in lucid dreams. In Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming by Dr Stephen LaBerge, there is a testimony from a surgeon. Before going to sleep, he would review his surgical cases for the next day. Then he would practice them in precise detail in lucid dreams. He has a solid reputation as a surgeon because of this, being able to refine and polish his techniques and perform procedures much faster than the average surgeon.

Lucid Dream Facts and Scientifically Point of View

What is Lucid Dream

A lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming. The term was coined by the Dutch psychiatrist and writer Frederik (Willem) van Eeden (1860–1932). In a lucid dream, the dreamer can actively participate in and manipulate imaginary experiences in the dream environment. Lucid dreams can seem real and vivid.

A lucid dream can begin in one of two ways. A dream-initiated lucid dream (DILD) starts as a normal dream, and the dreamer eventually concludes it is a dream, while a wake-initiated lucid dream (WILD) occurs when the dreamer goes from a normal waking state directly into a dream state, with no apparent lapse in consciousness.

Lucid dreaming has been researched scientifically, and its existence is well established.  -

Lucid Dream History from Various Cultural

History of Lucid Dreaming

Lucid dreaming has a long and storied history.  Some of this material I have published before on the web.  If you want more information, check out the references at the bottom of this knol.

Hinduism and Buddhism

The first known textual description of lucid dreaming dates to before 1000 BCE from the Upanishads, the Hindu oral tradition of spiritual lessons, philosophy and proverbs. The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is another ancient Hindu tract that describes how best to direct consciousness within the dream and vision states of sleep.

In the early centuries, Indian influence spread to the mountainous region of Tibet, where the animistic tradition of Bönpo maintains that lucid dreaming has been used in their meditations for over 12000 years.
